Refund Policy
At Three Strike Grooming, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with our products, we're here to help. Please read our refund policy below for more details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used grooming products unless they are defective or damaged.
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email that we have received it and provide details on the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
- Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, contact us at info@threestrikegrooming.com.au with your order number and details about the issue. Once approved, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
- Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:
- Opened or used grooming products, unless defective or damaged.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@threestrikegrooming.com.auwith your order number and reason for the return/exchange. We will provide further instructions on how to return your product.
- Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item was defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please check with your bank or credit card provider. It may take some time for the refund to officially post. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@threestrikegrooming.com.au
